Why is shipping so expensive?

While shipping prices for small packages inside of Canada remains quite low, adding tracking, insurance and shipping across international boarders is not. We've considered raising our prices to allow us to offer free shipping, but as small handmade producers this feels opaque and disingenuous. Please contact by email for special arrangements

Where do you source materials?

We are proud to share that over 80% of our raw materials are reclaimed from industrial waste streams. Sources include the signs and awards industry, aviation manufacturing, and the fibre industry. We use recycled gold, silver and copper in addition to aluminum and steel.
Do you take custom requests?

Our customs books open and close throughout the year. We are generally able to respond to smaller custom orders on demand. We may have extended lead times for larger custom orders due to the changing nature of our materials inventory. Please email your request to discuss details.
What about metal allergies?

Our ear wires are solid 925 sterling silver, 14k gold, 14k rose gold, stainless steel or niobium. We choose what we feel best compliments individual earring pairs. If you have sensitivities we are happy to accommodate by switching ear wires on your purchase at no additional charge. Please note that all sterling silver and 14k gold/rose gold contain minute amounts of copper. Niobium and Stainless Steel are considered best for extremely sensitive ears.
